01 / MODELS

Not one robot.
A service family.

The product family Saha Robotik publishes on its own site. Which one fits you becomes clear in the venue survey.

01

Speedy Service

Table service in restaurants and cafés. Multi-tray autonomous service robot. Advanced suspension keeps it steady on different floors; Saha SLAM maps the venue.

02

Speedy Courier

Room delivery in hotels and residences. Built for tall buildings. IoT integration lets it talk to lifts, turnstiles and automatic doors and move between floors without staff help.

03

Speedy Pixel / Pro / Duo

Greeting, guidance, advertising. Greets guests with a front touchscreen and voice interaction. Duo has two screens for busy lobbies and malls.

04

Speedy Tag

Finding the guest's table. UWB table device. Sends the guest's live position to the robot, so it can serve even where tables are not numbered.

05

Speedy PowerDock

Self-charging. When the battery runs low, the robot returns to its charging dock on its own and waits ready for service.

06

Saha Remote

Fleet and data panel. Map configuration, task planning, payment-POS integration and robot performance data in one panel.

Product information: saharobotik.com (as of 28.10.2026). Specifications depend on the manufacturer's updates.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

Between kitchen and table
at peak hour.

  1. Mapping

During installation the robot scans the venue with its sensors and builds a map. No renovation or cabling; tables and passages are added to the map.

  2. Task

Staff load the tray and pick the table on the robot's screen or via Saha Remote / POS. With Speedy Tag the robot goes to wherever the guest is seated.

  3. Return and charge

After delivery the robot returns to its start point and docks itself at PowerDock when the battery is low. Your waiter stays at the table with the guest.

03 / PRICE

Why we don't
publish a fixed price

A robot waiter is not a shelf product; it is a service line installed inside your venue. The same model needs different installation, accessories and fleet size in two venues. Four questions shape the quote:

01

Venue and passages

Passage width between tables, ramps and thresholds, indoor / outdoor areas. These decide the model and the route.

02

Floors and doors

Single-floor dining room or room service by lift? Lift and automatic door integration for Courier is a separate item.

03

Service load

How many tables and trays at peak hour? This decides whether one robot or a coordinated fleet is needed.

04

Accessories and integration

Speedy Tag, PowerDock, POS connection, greeting screen. If you don't need it, it's not in the quote.

The written quote lists device, accessories, installation, shipping and taxes separately. The payment plan is discussed at the quote stage. We don't publish a list price, because a device price without installation does not show the real cost in your venue.

04 / PROOF

05 / PROCESS

Four questions.
Then an on-site survey.

  1. Brief

On WhatsApp: venue type, number of tables, floors and city. The right model family is clear in the first conversation.

  2. Survey

In Bursa we visit your venue and measure passages and service flow together. In other cities the survey runs over video call and floor plan, with the manufacturer's team if needed.

  3. Quote and installation

Written quote with model, fleet and accessories. After approval, installation and mapping are done by the manufacturer's team; staff are shown how to use it on installation day.

06 / FAQ

Asked before
deciding.

How much does a robot waiter cost?

It depends on the venue. Model, fleet size, accessories such as Speedy Tag / PowerDock, lift or door integration, installation and shipping set the price. After the survey we give a written quote showing each item separately.

Which businesses is it suitable for?

Restaurants, cafés, hotels, residences, malls and food courts. The manufacturer publishes restaurant, hotel, airport and shopping mall use cases. If your tables leave no path for a robot, we say so clearly in the survey.

Does installation require renovation?

The robot maps the venue with its sensors; no cabling or renovation. For hotels that need floor-to-floor delivery, lift and automatic door integration is planned separately.

How does the robot find the guest's table?

Tables are added to the map; staff pick the table on the robot's screen or in the panel. If the guest's seat is not fixed, Speedy Tag sends the live position to the robot via UWB.

What happens when the battery runs low?

The robot returns to the PowerDock charging station on its own and waits ready for service once charged.

Does it work with our POS?

Saha Remote includes payment-POS integration. Whether it connects to the system you use is checked during the survey, with the system name and version.

Does it replace waiters?

It takes over repetitive walks such as carrying trays and returning empty plates. Taking orders, recommending and looking after guests stay with your team.

Who handles installation and support?

Installation and mapping are done by the manufacturer Saha Robotik's team. FS Labs is your contact for the survey, model choice and quote; warranty and service terms are in the written quote.
