Data we collect
We process only the following data:
- The content of any message you type into the site chat agent (the chat bubble in the bottom right), and the name and phone number you provide if you leave a callback request through it.
- Information you share when you contact us via WhatsApp — that conversation takes place on Meta's own infrastructure.
- Information you send us by email.
- Automatically as you use the site: the pages you visit, actions you take (such as clicking a WhatsApp link), your selected language, and the address you arrived from.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal that fits your needs.
- To let the site chat agent understand your question and point you to the right page or solution; to improve answer quality, chat messages are reviewed by our team with phone numbers and email addresses masked (delivered via Telegram).
- To measure site usability, detect errors and improve content.
Third parties
Your data is processed on the infrastructure of the following providers, some of which are located outside Türkiye:
- PostHog — collects usage analytics (which pages are visited, whether a WhatsApp link was clicked) to help us measure the site; hosted on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com).
- Vercel — the hosting infrastructure for this site.
- Anthropic (Claude) — messages you send to the site chat agent are forwarded to this service to generate a reply.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on Meta infrastructure.
Data from Google APIs
FS Labs' internal measurement tool uses Google OAuth with read-only access (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) solely to read statistics (views, subscribers, watch time) of YouTube channels owned by FS Labs. This data is used only to measure content performance; it is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising, and access tokens are stored only on the business's own computer. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar local storage for usage analytics (PostHog). You may block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core functions of the site will continue to work.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time through the contact channels above.
Your rights
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:
