From service
to enquiry.
01 / SCOPE
Connect a prospective buyer’s questions with your company’s content and approval process.
Services, sectors, expertise and contact. Design aligned with your brand guidelines; publication permission and approval for references.
Define the information an enquiry needs, who responds and whether a CRM connection is required.
Source code, domain, hosting, licences and content responsibilities belong in the written scope. Handover is planned from the start.
02 / TWO TIERS
Presenting your company and managing content or sales operations are different needs. Choose by scope.
For teams presenting their company, services and expertise in a credible structure.
For companies connecting content management, languages and enquiry flows to their operations.
Advertised project fees. Page count, integration boundaries, timeline, source code and account handover, taxes, payment schedule and maintenance are confirmed in the written proposal. Domain, hosting, licences and API/AI usage costs are assessed separately.
03 / ACCEPTANCE & HANDOVER
Corporate procurement needs more than screen designs. Agree on the scope and acceptance checks before work starts.
Define each page’s purpose, content owner and approver. Client names and logos require publication permission.
Mobile and desktop layouts, links, language routes and metadata checks. Forms and integrations are tested against the agreed scope.
Record code access, account responsibilities, licence limits and maintenance contacts. SLA response times are agreed separately if required.
04 / PROCESS
Audience, content inventory, brand guidelines, languages and integrations. Confirm scope and timeline in writing.
Approve content flow and screens before development. Verify CMS permissions and external system access within scope.
Test against agreed criteria, approve content and hand over accounts. Assign launch and maintenance responsibilities.
