MARKETING AUTOMATION

Phantom — Customer Acquisition System

Case Study · Demo-first system
Summary

Phantom structures business information from public sources, generates a tailored working website preview and prepares a live link for review. The recipient can evaluate a relevant example before a sales call; final review and outreach remain explicit operating steps.

The problem

A generic brochure makes it difficult for a business to evaluate how a proposed site would look with its own identity and services. Preparing each tailored preview manually also creates repetitive research, content and setup work.

The solution

We built a workflow combining public-data collection, structured records, AI-assisted generation and reusable templates. Phantom prepares a business-specific preview, an optional AI widget and the technical visibility layer. Repetitive preparation is automated; data review, publishing and outreach are controlled separately.

🛰️ Public-source intake

Business facts from public sources are structured for review, with source and field boundaries kept explicit.

⚡ Tailored website preview

The template combines approved business details with a working sample experience instead of a generic brochure.

🔗 Reviewable live link

The preview and optional AI widget can be checked before publishing or using the link in outreach.

What the workflow produces

The result

The documented result is an operational artifact: a relevant preview can be prepared with less repetitive manual work and reviewed before outreach. This page does not claim a conversion rate; campaign performance must be measured separately through delivery, response and qualified-meeting events.
